In traditional mobile advertising system (MAS), advertising receiving devices cannot exchange data with backend server real?timely. With the help of 3G networks, devices can realize data exchange real?timely, however it causes large number and continued data. This paper analyzes the requirements of mobile advertising, and to deal with the large number of real?time data, we design a Mobile Advertising System based on Data Stream System. By using of Smartphone Application users can download or upload advertisements at the time when their smart phones connect to our device with a designed Bluetooth protocol.
